2026 ORCID licence renewal open: subscribe now

Orders for the 2026 subscription to ORCID, via the UK ORCID consortium run by Jisc, are now open. Orders can be placed using Licence Subscriptions Manager.

• Access to Licence Subscriptions Manager (LSM) is controlled by universities and is available to specific contacts usually located in the library.  The order needs to be placed by someone with access.  Please get in touch if you need to find out who that is for your organisation.
• The library contacts will also receive a fortnightly bulletin with the notice that the subscription is open and with the catalogue entry link in LSM.
• Emails have been sent to named main ORCID contacts including a quote for the 2026 subscription and the link to LSM. Please let us know if this has not been received or if you would like to confirm who the named main contact is (or update them).
• Please do use the helpdesk [email protected] for any other queries related to completing the subscription or how to get benefit from membership.
• Add ORCID in the subject title for all emails to the jisc helpdesk and they get routed to our dedicated helpdesk queue. This is the best way to get in touch with us so the first available or most appropriate member of the team can pick up the query and to help with tracking queries.
